We offer a demo or consultation to help you understand our service quality before making any payments. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us before proceeding with a purchase.
Eligibility for Refund
At PersonalizePage, we handle each project with care and professionalism. If a client changes their mind or is not satisfied with the project, refunds will be processed based on the following conditions:
Advance Payment Policy
To start your project, we require a 30% advance payment.
- Full Refund: If canceled within 2 days of payment.
- No Refund: After 2 days, the 30% advance is non-refundable.
Delivery Time & Payment Refunds
- Full Refund: If the project has not been started or delivered as agreed.
- Partial Refund: If the project is in progress, 25% of the total amount will not be refunded.
- No Refund: Once the project is completed and delivered, refunds will not be provided.
Policy Changes
PersonalizePage reserves the right to update this policy at any time without prior notice. Clients are encouraged to review this page periodically.
